3. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. Free shipping is available for all orders above Rs 1999 across India. For orders below Rs 1999, a flat rate of Rs 110 will be charged for standard shipping, which will be clearly indicated on our website. There are no hidden charges.
4. Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. Our usual delivery time takes 5-7 days in metropolitan cities and 6-8 days in other cities all over India. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout for your convenience.
5. Tracking: Once you have placed an order, you can track your order status by simply checking the order details on our website. We try to deliver your order as quickly as possible. 6. International Shipping: We offer international shipping only for Bulk Orders of our home decor items. Customized shipping quotes will be provided based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. for more information, please visit our bulk orders page and fill the required form details.
7. Order Changes: Please double-check your shipping address and contact information before placing your order. Once your order has been processed, changes may not be possible, so please review your order carefully. RETURN POLICY :
You can return your purchase within 7 days from the day you received your order. No returns will be accepted after the 7 days window has expired. For any complaints regarding breakage, we need pictures of the broken product and complete product with packaging pictures in the first 24 hours of the product being delivered, so as to confirm it is defective or broken.
You’re eligible for a return if your item is unused and in the same condition as you’ve received it. It has to be in its original packaging, working condition, all tags, labels, etc. and we can process your refund. We’ll also need proof of purchase or a purchase receipt.

RETURN PROCESS :

We strongly recommend you to ship the product via a traceable carrier to keep the proof of shipment.

REFUND POLICY :
Once we received your returned purchase we will inspect it and notify you via email that we’ve received your returned item. We’ll also let you know if your refund is approved or rejected. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used for the purchase within 6-8 days after receiving and inspecting the product. In case your mode of payment was Cash on Delivery (COD), please provide us with your Bank account details and we will refund the amount directly to your bank account. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

ITEMS ON SALE:
Unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer refunds for sale items.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. It is NOT possible to cancel part of your order. We recommend you to cancel the entire order and re-purchase the required quantity to simplify the transaction. If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire prepaid amount subject to deduction charges if any and whereas you cancel your order after the shipment but before receipt of the item, the same will be liable for deduction of the two-way shipping costs.
We can cancel Cash on Delivery items too. If the Order Status shows the item(s) in your order as ‘Shipped’, then the cancellation request is nullified and the courier will reach you.
